180 villa is located in one of the most prestigious areas of the island of Mykonos, close to the beautiful Mykonos Lighthouse with a southern orientation facing the famous archeological site of Delos and numerous other Cycladic islands of the Mediterranean sea.
Built in three levels with two private parking areas, six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a guest bathroom, two living rooms, two kitchens, two interior dining rooms, three exterior dining areas, two bar and BBQ areas, an infinity pool, a deck and lots of exterior spaces.
Pool Level

The pool level is the area of the villa where the guests spend most of the time. The infinity pool is centrally located and it is surrounded by terraces which are used for sunbathing and dinning. The two eating areas at the pool level are under a pergola providing shade and another one is open without shading for those that like sitting under the sun. The bar and BBQ are located near the pool and dinning and they serve as a gathering space all hours of the day. There is a movement between the terraces and dinning areas through a bridge above the pool and the pavement. A lot of trees and shrubs cleverly positioned give warmth to the space allowing the breathtaking views not to be disturbed. The built-in sofa with a tent for shading and seating are part of the pool level.
Pool Level

The interior of the villa at the pool level is accessed by a couple of large glass doors.
The spacious living room has a great view to the terraces and the Aegean Sea.
Next to it the cozy dining room leads to the fully equipped open plan kitchen and work space. On this level there are three bedroom. One is an on-suite master bedroom with an adjacent sitting room and a spacious bathroom.
On the other side of the living room there are two bedrooms looking out onto the pool, sharing a bathroom and a corridor with cupboards and laundry space.
Main Level

From the pool level you can access via a bridge above the pool and a staircase the main level of the villa.
The spacious terrace provides a breathtaking view to the Aegean Sea and some magnificent sunsets. The large covered dinning area, the bar and BBQ and the built-in sofas create a perfect space for dinner parties.A second fully protected dining area on this level allows guests to use it when there is a lot of wind.
The kitchen and living room are accessible from the terrace and the exterior dinning space. Opposite, is the on-suite master bedroom with working space and an open plan bathroom.
This room has its own entrance. The views from all these areas are amazing.

From the main level via a staircase, you access the upper level which contains two independent bedrooms with on-suite bathrooms and exterior private terraces.
